Abstract :
Almost every dentist knows that if we are doing Anterior Restorations, Aesthetic/Natural Result is Our goal. But for
some dentist, restoring the anterior tooth could make them stress if the patient has high standard for Aesthetic
Result. To create Aesthetic restorations, many factors are involves, such as diagnostic, treatment plan and layering
concept. Good diagnostic and treatment plan (Wax-Up or Mock-Up and Silicone Template) could help us getting
predictable aesthetic result and eliminate probability of unaesthetic tooth form. The Combination of Anatomical
Layering Technique, Good diagnostic and Treatment Plan will guide the dentist to create Aesthetic Composite
Restoration with simple and predictable way.
