Endodontic Retreatment – Hands on course.
This hands-on course was design to provide insight into the materials and techniques used during retreatment
cases. After a video introduction of clinical demonstration of retreatment procedures, the participants will work on
prepared extracted or plastic block. Topics that will discussed removal of root-filling materials using rotary
instrument for retreatment and hand file.
At conclusion, participants should be able to :
• Describe the contemporary methods for endodontic retreatment.
• List the material and methods demonstrated in clinical situation.
• Discuss the limitations of nonsurgical retreatment.
